Ashley Haas Youngswick is the Founder + Head Chick of Birdy Creative, her brainchild, born outside Denver, Colorado in 2020. 

Ashley grew up in a creative family, inheriting her design talent from her mother and grandfather. Watching her mother style various projects, including fashion shows and beautiful jewelry displays, inspired Ashley to pursue her own artistic path. Today, she travels the country and beyond, working with couples and event planners to create memorable floral arrangements for weddings and events, big or small.

After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco, Ashley began her career crafting floral displays for individuals and events in the Bay Area. Over time, she expanded her focus to include all aspects of event décor and design. For the past 20 years, her award-winning work has been featured at special events in San Francisco, Denver, and across the U.S. Ashley specializes in creating immersive experiences through food, flowers, textiles, furniture, and lighting for homes, offices, and events, as well as for photoshoots and productions.

Ashley lives in Denver, Colorado, with her partner, Derek, and their four fur babies, Sava, Opal, Penny and Vee. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys creating delicious meals using ingredients from her garden, channeling her favorite artists using canvas and paint, riding her moped, vintage and thrift shopping and spoiling her teenage niece and twin nephews.
